Provide the highest level of customer service to prospects, center members and guests related to facility and membership information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention. Oversee activities at the service desk during shift including opening and closing procedures, answering phones, using overhead intercom as needed, monitor employee radio activity, guest/member check in, lost and found. Individual should be a team player with the commitment to be flexible and accommodating to the hours we serve our members. Requirements include but are not limited to:

High school diploma or GED
2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills experience
Must be able to stand for length of shift (generally 3-6 hours at a time)

Provide professional fitness service to members of the center to meet the health and fitness needs of each individual. Deliver and explain fitness test results with the provision of exercise prescription and program recommendations to members. Make recommendations related to their individual goals with baseline values with fitness testing in consideration.
